Our goal at Earth Treasures is to protect and respect your privacy. We recognize your need for reasonable control of your personaly identifiable information that you share with Earth Treasures. • Personal identity information such as credit card numbers and bank info are processed through our secure server to process all financial information which uses SSL encryption technology to protect your information.
• E-mail, physical addresses, and phone numbers are only used to communicate specific business with you or the person you are requesting shipment to. You may receive a monthly e-mail updating special deals and events. But no junk or clutter!
• If you choose not to receive any e-mails from us other than resolution of a purchase, you may Opt Out.
• Our site uses cookies to keep track of your context during visits to the site, and to identify you as you move about the site or should you return to the site later. Earth Treasures supports industry self-regulation efforts on privacy by working with such organizations as the Online Privacy Alliance, Better Business Bureau Online (BBBOnLine), and the Direct Marketing Association.

Children Under 13

Earth Treasures does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal identifiable information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that data from our systems.
